Alicia Keats – Principal Planner

Although Alicia’s buoyant personality is often the first thing people notice about her, it’s only one of many qualities that she brings to her work as a wedding and event planner. Alicia’s diverse background includes many years in management and theater arts.

After earning her Special Event Planning certificate from Capilano University, she joined DreamGroup Productions in the early spring of 2006, and her passion, creativity and grace under pressure quickly made her proficiency apparent; it wasn’t long before she was appointed to pass on her knowledge to other aspiring planners in the company.

Well over a hundred weddings later, Alicia launched her own planning boutique so she could focus on the individual needs of her clients in a personal way and she is honoured for the trust and loyalty that she has earned from her clients throughout the years.

When she’s not planning weddings, Alicia can often be found cooking up a tasty meal, trying out a promising new restaurant, or striking a pose at a yoga studio. She loves to meet her friends for coffee or a glass of wine, and she’s never shy about dancing to Bruce Springsteen. She also loves to travel, especially when it involves good food, sunny weather and sandy beaches.
